ET20 uses its own Wi-Fi connection to display inspection-camera footage on a compatible Android or iPhone, making it more flexible across phone types than a wired Android-only probe. The six-foot armored gooseneck and nine-millimeter head suit accessible cavities where the opening and route provide enough clearance. Adjustable LEDs illuminate the immediate area, while the app handles viewing and saving images. Check that the required Klein app supports your current phone before buying. The waterproof camera and cable do not make the phone or the entire control unit suitable for immersion. Charge the borescope before the job, make the inspected equipment safe and avoid forcing the probe around a bend it cannot negotiate.

Important buying checks
Requires the supported app; camera/cable water protection does not cover the phone.
- A supported Android or iPhone device and the compatible Klein Borescope app.
- A suitable charging arrangement for the rechargeable borescope.
Plan the complete setup
- Check the probe diameter, working distance and articulation or cable arrangement against the opening you need to inspect.
- For phone-connected tools, confirm the supported operating system, app and connector. Some products use their own screen instead.
- Thermal imaging shows surface-temperature patterns; a borescope supplies a visible view into an accessible space. Choose the technology for the observation you need.
